Late-night service for a few lucky customers

It’s past midnight and you realize that the car you’re intending to take on a road trip the following morning is having issues. That definitely doesn’t bode well for your travel plans, right? Not necessarily.

A couple of lucky customers in Westlake, Ohio, were hoping to leave a message for the service department at John Lance Ford when Service Technician Steve Lowry answered the call.

Despite having finished his night shift, Steve drove 12 miles to the customers’ house and completed the necessary repairs in their dark driveway, finishing up around 2 a.m. The customers were blown away and set off on their trip the next morning, worry-free.
